ease INTO
This summer’s activities will start to go live from 10am on Monday 23 June
”
It takes a while to release them so please be patient. We are using our discretionary 15% to allow free places for children who fall outside of the free school meals criteria and despite what we said last week, we have made the popular decision to release all places, eligible and non-eligible, together.
We have a small number of summer panto tickets which include 1 free adult per family, and these will be released over a few days due to needing to keep track of adults who are not counted on the booking system. Please be patient. Please only book for ONE performance to be fair to other families.
Waiting list reminder
There is now a waiting list on the booking system so even if you miss out, you might still get in if a place is cancelled. You will be sent a message and will then have 24 hours to accept or decline the place.
Problems with booking system?
The details of the activities will be able to be found on our websitefrom Monday too, along with contact details for each provider and they can help you secure a place.
Please remember that the activities are for children from Reception age up to year 11. Do not register a pre-school child until they actually start school.
Swim fun
ALL eligible children can go to any of our swimming pools during the summer holiday and show proof of eligibility (using the easeINTO page showing eligibility or a letter from the school) for a FREE swim. There is no need to book.
Sign up for a FREE easecard.
There will be a swim pass on offer for non-eligible children on the booking system as usual, as well as a gym pass. Both have limited places.

Alan Shearer Centre
I did cover this in detail last week, so it may have whetted your appetite if you have not been there. Here are some new activities.
